New Shoes, pwwwt!

Most of our backyard, save for my raised garden beds and my clothesline, is sand.  When we bought the house, we decided to invest in a monstrous, sturdy, multi-play area playscape.  This thing is solid, and way better than the metal contraption we had when I was a kid (which I loved).  Anyway, the trouble with the sand is that it gets in shoes, and then into my house.

Last year I found some croc knock-offs at Joann's for a few bucks.  This year, I found these polliwalks.  They are super-cute, with their little animal designs. We ended up with gators, ducks and frogs, and for just a little more than I paid for the cheap knock-offs.  Everyone's happy.
