Slow going

There are 11 days until I have to give that tie, and I don't know if it's going to happen. Hopefully I have worked out all the kinks.

I had to give in and put it on dpns, because I just couldn't figure out how to increase evenly without getting holes (or making it look weird and bad). That took a few days, and then the little design I picked out looked wrong, so I chose something new . . . of course I had to work that new design a few times to get it right, and at this point I've knit the first four inches of the tie at least ten times.

Today is the day I'll put it in full gear (I hope).
