Music to my ears

At today's OB appointment, my midwife had a question for me:  "How do you feel about attempting a VBAC?"  How do I feel, indeed!

I wanted to bring it up myself, and here she is plopping it right in my lap.  She followed that question with these wonderful words:  "I think you're an excellent candidate for one."  Me too.  I would like nothing better than to get this baby out without cuts, thank you very much!  And without the required "recovery" period stay, too, please.

Now I have to talk to all the doctors in the practice, since they're the ones that make the guesses calls on my prognosis.  I have a weird, flukey heart thing.  Who knows what will happen?  Why not try for the easiest way, and if I have to get cut, then so be it.  It'd be nice to plan for simple with all the yucky contigencies in place--that's what I'll be praying for.
